Returns and Refunds Policy – Sofia Makes Art
At Sofia Makes Art, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – European Union & Applicable International Regulations)
If your order is shipped within the European Union or under applicable regulations in your country, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to cancel or return your purchase without needing to provide a reason.
Requirements to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and unaltered).
- It must include all original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
If the return is due to an incorrect size choice by the customer, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Voluntary Returns (Days 15–60 – Strict Conditions)
After the legal 14-day period, returns may be requested between days 15 and 60 under strict conditions to ensure product integrity:
- The item must be unused, unopened, unworn, and unaltered.
- It must include all original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, and extras.
- The product must show no signs of use, damage, handling, or modification.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided before shipping.
Sofia Makes Art reserves the right to reject returns that do not fully comply with these conditions.

The return address will be provided once the request has been approved.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or cosmetic products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless required by law)

Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Request a return for the original product.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
